Product Compliance Full Service – Legally compliant. Efficient. Worry-free.

Each package includes product assessments that may be selected flexibly as required. You do not need to decide at the time of booking when and which service you require.

Choose from the following services:

• Marketability check: We assess whether your product meets all specific regulatory requirements and is legally compliant for sale.
• Risk analysis: We carry out a risk analysis, which is required by most product legislation, such as the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), the Low Voltage Directive or the Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive.
• Product requirements research: Based on a comprehensive product description, we draw up a detailed overview of the legal requirements and markings your product must meet. This overview serves as a customised test plan for assessments, tests and the implementation of product compliance requirements.
• Artwork Check / Labelling Check: We review your product label, including disposal labelling, to ensure it complies with EU legal requirements.
• Declaration of Conformity (DoC): We prepare your EU Declaration of Conformity ready for signature, including standards research.
• Declaration of Performance (DoP): We draw up a Declaration of Performance for your construction products, ready for signature, including standards research
• Document check: We research the legal requirements for your product and assess your existing technical documentation for completeness and plausibility.

Legal Monitoring involves the continuous monitoring of all relevant legislative changes and developments in the areas of product compliance and Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) that affect your company and your product portfolio. You will receive regular reports containing the most important updates, specific obligations and clear recommendations for action regarding the legislation you have individually selected.

With the "Basic" package, we send you quarterly reports; with the "Comfort" and "Pro" packages, you also benefit from a 90-minute consultation per quarter. This helps you to implement regulatory requirements efficiently and in a legally compliant manner as you receive further explanations and answers to your questions.

All training sessions are tailored specifically to you and your product and take place at a time agreed upon individually. In addition, we also offer EPR and Product Compliance group workshops on fixed dates.

You can choose from the following of our Academy training courses:

• EU Packaging Regulation: Introduction to the PPWR, your specific obligations and information on implementation
• EU Batteries Regulation: Introduction to the BattVO, your specific obligations and information on implementation
• EU Batteries Regulation: A concise training course on labeling obligations for batteries
• GPSR – General training on the General Product Safety Regulation
• EPR – General training on Extended Producer Responsibility obligations
• Group Workshop "E-Lab": Important EPR and Product Compliance updates and in-depth information

We record consultancy hours used in 15-minute increments. This is tracked transparently by us and we will inform you if necessary.

You have complete flexibility when using your package and do not need to decide at the time of booking which services you will use and when.

For example: You have booked the ‘Comfort’ package and require a risk analysis in the first month. The next product assessments may involve other services during the contract period, such as the preparation of a Declaration of Conformity, a requirement analysis or a full marketability check.

We will inform you in good time if your package is about to be used up.
We are happy to offer an upgrade and cost-effective individual bookings for the respective services as required. Our regular customers generally receive a 20% discount on all further trade-e-bility services.

No, our packages have a fixed contract term of 12 months. The contract ends automatically without the need for a separate notice of termination.

PPWR Packaging Assessments evaluate if your packaging complies with the key requirements of the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR). 

You can choose between two services*:

1. Evaluation of the recyclability of your packaging in accordance with Article 6 of the PPWR 

Assessment according to the current minimum standard of the German Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister (ZSVR) by a dual system.

2. Chemical laboratory testing of your packaging for compliance with heavy metal limits (non-food) in accordance with the requirements of Article 5 of the PPWR
Packaging is tested for heavy metals, short-chain chlorinated paraffins and phthalates with a test report as the result.

*Within the Enterprise package, you get both services included or can choose to have either of them done twice.
