Our courses are designed for retailers, producer, distributors, importers, online store operators, compliance managers in large corporations, small businesses and sole traders, fulfilment providers, environmental officers, and anyone interested.

They are suitable for all economic operators along the supply chain who wish to manufacture, import, or trade non-food products in compliance with legal requirements, while ensuring that their due diligence obligations regarding safe and sustainable products and suppliers are met.

The EPR course is divided into several chapters, each of which is further subdivided into individual lessons. All content has been prepared by our instructors to help you quickly find and efficiently absorb the most important information.

Yes, you can purchase either the entire EPR course or buy individual chapters separately.

Each chapter takes approximately 30–60 minutes to complete. You can manage your time flexibly and watch the videos multiple times. The content is structured into short videos, allowing you to access all relevant information at any time. This saves you hours of research and provides convenient access to expert knowledge.

Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an email with your login credentials for our learning platform. Once logged in, you will have immediate access to your purchased content. You can then watch the videos and complete the course at your own pace.

Yes, you will receive an invoice from our German payment provider, Digistore24, including VAT. If your company is based outside the EU, you can place a VAT-free order by entering your VAT ID on the order form. If you are ordering from Switzerland, however, you will also receive an invoice including VAT, as our payment provider holds a Swiss VAT number.You will find the invoice link in the confirmation email sent by Digistore24 immediately after your purchase.

No, payment in instalments is not available.

To receive your certificate, simply answer “Yes” to the quiz question:
“Would you like a certificate of completion?” Your certificate will then be sent to you automatically via email. Please note that certificates are only issued when purchasing the full course, not for individual chapters.
