It is crucial to know which legal product requirements apply and how you can or must prove compliance with them. This is not only important for calculating quality costs, but also for the time needed until market roll-out.
However, hardly any SME has the necessary know-how to develop fast, adequate and cost-effective solutions. As part of its requirements research activities, trade-e-bility GmbH determines the laws, guidelines and standards of relevance to your products. In addition, their interpretation for implementation is determined or coordinated with the public authorities concerned.
Next, we prepare a detailed specification of the legal requirements on the basis of a detailed product description. If requested, the requirements can also be extended to include the specification of the use characteristics (Fitness for Use).
