Who is affected by the GPSR?
The GPSR Regulation applies to every non-food product without exception. It affects all manufacturers, sellers and importers who sell in the EU.
What do you need to do to comply with the GPSR?
- You must implement the EU-wide regulations for the labelling and traceability of your products (separation instructions, warnings, contact details of the producer, batch number, ...)
