Product compliance emergency line

If Amazon or any online marketplace notifies you of new product compliance requirements and you need assistance, simply call our Product Compliance emergency line.

The Amazon requirements last reported by take-e-way and trade-e-bility on EPR and product safety raised a great deal of interest among our customers.

The new Market Surveillance Regulation as well as the renewed responsibility of online marketplace operators for the products sold on their platforms (see e.g. amendment to the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act and the Packaging Act) are leading to intensive inspections by the relevant marketplaces.

If Amazon or any online marketplace notifies you of new product compliance requirements and you need assistance, simply call our Product Compliance emergency line:

Alternatively, please forward product compliance mails from your marketplace to beratung@trade-e-bility.de. We will study these e-mail messages and explain to you what needs to be done or, if you wish, assist you in meeting the relevant requirements.
